I was referred to Leah Ackerman by a friend for the sale of my home in Westerville. When I met her I could tell she was very organized by the way she clearly laid out the timeline and process for how we would get my property marketed and sold for maximum price. After that meeting everything went exactly as planned - even exceeding expectations. I think the thing that was most impressive is she has a network of other professionals in the cleaning, maintenance, photography etc business that are available on short notice, do a great job, and at a more than fair price. Using that network transformed my home into something I was surprised I'd even want to sell! After one day of a "coming soon" listing, we had 50 showings in 2 days and multiple offers over asking. After taking an all cash offer, we couldn't be happier with the results. Aside from the financial results, Leah was kind, bubbly, communicative, and professional. While I've moved out of state, I have many connections still in the Columbus area and if they ever need anything related to real estate, I'm pointing them towards Leah!
