Leah was wonderful! We initially retained Leah as our buyer's agent. She understood our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect property. She made sure the contract covered us in every way, and she guided us through inspections and closing. Everything was perfect. We're now using Leah to sell our prior property.

Working with my realtor was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer our questions throughout the home-buying process. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and dedication to helping us find the right home.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their expertise and commitment to their clients made all the difference, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!

Leah and Elyssa are quick to respond to questions. They are flexible and work around your needs and time. They are friendly, kind, and welcoming. They know the area and have extensive knowledge and experience to walk you through your purchase. Simply amazing team! Cannot say enough great things about them.

Leah and Lyss are just an absolutely amazing team! They managed the sale of our large horse property from ideation to closing with an incredible level of support and guidance. We had a very complex sale that included dealing with the county for potential lot split, navigating a death in our family that delayed our listing timeline, and managing through contract needs with time to move our livestock across country and manage buyer expectations with a farm. We ended up with the perfect buyers for our farm who already love it as much as we have!
I cannot imagine how challenging this would have been if we hadn't had the support of these amazing women! Their team consistently delivered excellent service and support. I think the absolute best aspect is the way they truly listen and respond to your needs as an owner at any given time. Stressed about cleaning? No worries, we've got someone who can help with that. Exhausted by minor repairs? Here's an easy path forward. Decision paralysis? Take a breath, we've got you.
Leah and Lyss aren't just realtors, they're family, and they make you feel like a protected member of their family. My only regret is that we're moving our life across the country and we won't be able to use them out West! Thank you, Team!

Leah helped us sell our home. Her team did a fantastic job advising us on prepping the house for sale. We ended up selling the home off market which made it much easier for us. Leah knows the market and gave very sound advice. Selling a home can be very stressful but Leah and Lyss are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I would hire them again and highly recommend!

Leah and Lyss of Cutler Real Estate are truly excepcional agents. Their expertise in the Westerville market was evident from our first meeting. They guided us through the selling process of our parents' estate with excellent knowledge, transparency, and a marketing strategy that is second to none. They also kept us informed of every development and answered all calls and emails promptly. They are truly the best in their field not only for their professionalism and reliability, but for their genuine care and support throughout the entire process. We recommend Leah and Lyss without reservation and look forward to keeping in touch for all our future realtor needs.

Leah and Lyss were amazing from the very beginning. They were extremely clear in laying out the process and what it would take to get our house on the market in time. They were very open in communication and constantly giving us feedback. In what can be seemingly a stressful circumstance, Leah and Lyss were always optimistic and kept such a calming perspective. We were so thankful we chose these two to help sell our home!

Leah and Elyssa went above and beyond to answer any questions we had! With an offer not getting accepted they reassured me in many different ways.. making the buying process a whole lot easier! Leah helped my parents move to and from Columbus and now helped me! Leah and Elyssa have become friend to us rather than just our relator!
