We are so glad Leah Ackerman was our realtor! I would highly recommend her. Several years ago we were looking for Cbus housing, but weren't sure which area would fit best. Leah took the day and drove us all over Cbus pointing out the strengths of each area. We didn't buy a house at that time, but when my husband became ill, it was necessary to make a move quickly so he could be within a half hour driving distance of his doctors at Ohio State. Leah started sending us prospective homes right away. We found one we wanted to see and knew it would not last on the market until we came to Cbus. Leah was not deterred. She offered to go through the home herself armed with her phone on the FaceTime app. We were able to ask questions and she would make positive comments about details she saw. When it was time to make an offer, she guided us through the process and gave her opinion about prices so that we were able to make a compete effectively offer. She spoke casually with the seller and convinced him we needed the house, and he should accept our offer over others. We appreciate the way Leah was so personable, organized, and positive. She handled our purchase professionally and with great care.
